GARY H. TABAT, ESQ.(Bachelor of Arts, Rutgers University, 1967 ; Juris Doctorate, Duquenes University, 1971) has been practicing matrimonial law on Long Island for over 32 years. He is former President and current Member of the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Matrimonial Bar Association. Mr. Tabat has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest "AV" rating and is a former Adjunct Professor at Touro Law School. He frequently lectures on matrimonial and family law issues and has been attorney of record on many significant appeals.
ROBERT A. COHEN, ESQ. (Bachelor of Science, American University, 1976; Juris Doctorate, New York Law School, 1979) has been practicing matrimonial law on Long Island for over 24 years. He has lectured on custody, support enforcement, trial preparation and other matrimonial and family law issues and is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Suffolk Count Matrimonial Bar Association. Mr. Cohen has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest "AV" rating and has been attorney of record on several significant appeals regarding custody and equitable distribution, including "M" v. "M", where a father was awarded custody in part due to a pattern of the mother's interference with visitation and "P" v."P", where a portion of the husband's complex pension benefits were awarded to the wife.
ANDREW D. BLUM, ESQ. (Bachelor of Arts, Union College, 1978; Juris Doctorate, Hofstra Law School, 1981) has been practicing matrimonial law on Long Island for over 23 years and has been awarded Martindale Hubbell's highest "AV" rating. Mr. Blum has extensive trial experience in both matrimonial and criminal law. He is a member of the prestigious New York Family Law American Inns of the Court, an Arbitrator on the Nassau County Alternative Dispute Resolution Matrimonial Panel and an Instructor for the National Institute of Trial Attorneys and the Trial Techniques Program at Hofstra University School of Law.
PAUL A. DeJESSE, JR., ESQ. (Bachelor of Arts, Lehigh University, 1991; Juris Doctorate, Jacob Fuchsberg Law Center, 1995) has been practicing matrimonial law with the firm for over eight years. He has extensive trial experience in both Family Court and Supreme Court matters and has lectured on matrimonial law issues. Mr. DeJesse is a member of local Bar Associations' matrimonial and family law committees, active in local politics and also admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
