Negotiated Settlements and Litigation
While most cases result in negotiated settlements, frequently the settlements are accomplished only after pre-trial litigation has been commenced. Some cases cannot be settled and trials must be conducted. The size of the firm and the experience of its members and staff provide clients with the benefit of a "team" of professionals devoted to each individual case.
